Adoc Talent Management recrute un·e Chercheur·e en intelligence artificielle avec une expertise en LLM pour son client. Cette start-up Fintech accompagne les entrepreneurs dans leur création d’entreprise sur différents aspects, notamment de simplification de gestion administrative et comptable, via l’intégration de l’IA à ses solutions. L’équipe souhaite aujourd’hui investiguer les possibilités offertes par le champ des LLM afin de toujours mieux assister l’humain dans ses opérations via une intelligence augmentée.
Poste
Au sein du laboratoire de recherche en data sciences et intelligence artificielle de l’entreprise, vous contribuerez à la création et à l’optimisation de nouvelles solutions facilitant la gestion financière et l’automatisation des tâches des petites entreprises. En vous appuyant sur une méthodologie de recherche et votre connaissance de l'état de l'art en matière de LLM, vous contribuerez à la définition des projets et à leur réalisation. En coordination avec les experts métiers pour disposer d’une compréhension optimale des règles métiers, vous développerez des algorithmes et réaliserez l'entraînement de modèles LLM sur la très large base de données disponible au sein de la start’up. Vous serez amené·e à travailler sur différents cas d'usage, dans un objectif d’implémentation et de passage en production rapide.
Enfin, vous participerez à des conférences scientifiques et assurerez une veille technologique, afin de détecter les tendances d’intérêt et de potentiellement mettre en place des collaborations académiques.
Le poste est basé à Paris ou pourrait être rattaché à un autre site de l’entreprise en France, avec une possibilité de télétravail partiel voire total. Il est à pourvoir dès que possible et un salaire attractif sera proposé en fonction de l’expertise.
Profil
Grâce à un doctorat et d’éventuels contrats post-doctoraux, vous avez acquis une forte expertise en IA, modélisation et algorithmie, machine learning ou NLP et idéalement dans les grands modèles de langage. Vous témoignez des compétences suivantes :
- Maîtrise de Python et de l'algorithmique
- Expertise en machine learning et deep learning
- Connaissance avancée des frameworks de calcul, machine learning et deep learning (Numpy, Numba, Joblib, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Jax / Flax)
- Utilisation de Git
- Connaissances des bases de données, notamment SQL (eg PostgreSQL)
- Optionnel : expérience des infrastructures Cloud (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
Au-delà de vos compétences scientifiques, afin de vous intégrer à l'équipe et vous épanouir à ce poste, vous êtes reconnu·e comme une personne curieuse, agile, flexible, adaptable, ayant un fort esprit de collaboration, tout en étant autonome dans vos choix techniques. PhD- Artificial Intelligence Scientist

Adoc Talent Management is recruiting a PhD- Artificial Intelligence Scientist for its client. This Fintech start-up supports entrepreneurs in their business creation on various aspects, in particular simplifying administrative and accounting management, via the integration of AI into its solutions. Today, the team is keen to investigate the possibilities offered by the LLM field, in order to better assist humans in their operations via augmented intelligence.
Position
Working in the company's data sciences and artificial intelligence research laboratory, you will contribute to the creation and optimization of new solutions facilitating financial management and task automation for small businesses. Relying on a research methodology and your knowledge of the state of the art in LLM, you will contribute to project definition and implementation. Coordinating with business experts to ensure optimum understanding of business rules, you will develop algorithms and train LLM models on the very large database available within the start-up. You'll be working on various use cases, with a view to rapid implementation and transition to production.
Finally, you will participate in scientific conferences and keep a technology watch, in order to detect trends of interest and potentially set up academic collaborations.
The position is based in Paris or could be attached to another company site in France, with the possibility of partial or total telecommuting. The position is to be filled as soon as possible, and an attractive salary will be offered according to expertise.
Profile
Thanks to a PhD and possible post-doctoral contracts, you have acquired strong expertise in AI, modeling and algorithms, machine learning or NLP and ideally in large language models. You have the following skills:
- Mastery of Python and algorithms
- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning
- Advanced knowledge of computational, machine learning and deep learning frameworks (Numpy, Numba, Joblib, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Jax / Flax)
- Use of Git
- Knowledge of databases, especially SQL (eg PostgreSQL)
- Optional: experience of Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
