Adoc Talent Management recrute pour son client, une start’up spécialisée dans le drug design, son.sa Drug Discovery Programme Leader. Reconnue par son innovation, créée par une collaboration entre les meilleurs laboratoires français et américains du domaine, elle est à la croisée de l'informatique et la biologie. La société accompagne les laboratoires pharmaceutiques afin d’accompagner au mieux le développement de médicaments par modélisation informatique. Poste
Au sein de la société, vous devrez apporter votre expertise à notre équipe de DD afin de la soutenir et d’orienter ses choix en offrant une compréhension profonde des cibles thérapeutiques. Vous serez l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e de toutes les personnes impliquées dans le DD (y compris les fondateurs, équipe de direction, équipe DD, partenaires externes). En particulier, vous serez en interaction constante avec des chimistes médicinaux en interne et en externe ainsi qu’avec les CRO partenaires.
Vous devrez aider au choix et à la mise en place des assays pour faire le screening des molécules et vous pourrez également participer à la préparation des cibles in silico.
Le poste est à pourvoir au plus vite, en CDI, à Paris.
Profil
Vous avez un doctorat dans un domaine pertinent pour le poste (drug discovery) et vous avez idéalement une expérience réussie dans un CRO. Vous avez une expérience significative dans le drug discovery de petites molécules.
Vous avez une très bonne capacité relationnelle et êtes un réel moteur pour développer des collaborations internes et externes. Vous faites preuve de leadership pour accompagner une équipe scientifique de haut niveau et avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques et économiques de la start-up.

Position
Within the company, you will be expected to bring your expertise to our DD team, supporting and guiding its choices by providing a deep understanding of therapeutic targets. You will be the key contact for all those involved in DD (including founders, management team, DD team, external partners). In particular, you will be in constant interaction with internal and external medicinal chemists and CRO partners.
You'll be helping to select and set up assays for screening molecules and may also be involved in the preparation of in silico targets.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract, in Paris.
Profile
You have a PhD in a field relevant to the position (drug discovery) and ideally have successful experience in a CRO. You have significant experience in small molecule drug discovery.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a real driving force in developing internal and external collaborations. You will be able to provide leadership to a high-level scientific team and have a good understanding of the start-up's technical and economic challenges.
