Adoc Talent Management recherche pour son client, un·e manager innovation pour assurer le développement de nouveaux électrolytes polymères. Notre client est un Groupe international leader dans son domaine et s'est spécialisé dans le stockage de l'électricité avec des batteries dotées d'une technologie unique au monde alliant performances et durabilité.
Poste
Au sein du nouveau centre de R&D transatlantique, vous coordonnerez des projets de recherche sur des électrolytes polymères et interviendrez en tant qu’expert·e scientifique. Vous serez en charge de construire et piloter l’équipe R&D en charge de ces développements.
Grâce à votre bagage scientifique et technique et votre expérience managériale avérée, vous définirez la road-map des projets de recherche, suivrez et participerez au montage de ces derniers (français, européens ou internationaux) dans le but de respecter les délais inhérents à la roadmap globale. Vous challengerez d’autres experts scientifiques. Votre équipe évoluera au sein d’un laboratoire ayant des moyens matériels dernier cri, vous serez garant de l’évolution des prototypes à échelle industrielle en interne. Vous managerez également du personnel pouvant être basé à distance (laboratoires partenaires).
D’autre part, vous serez en charge du bon déroulé de sujets d’étude qui peuvent être transverses ou multisites. Vous collaborerez notamment avec les pilotes au Canada dans le cadre de projets transverses et vous structurerez les activités du LabCom dédié à vos activités.
Enfin, vous serez garant·e de l’atteinte par votre équipe des objectifs fixés et valoriserez les résultats à travers du reporting interne et de la communication scientifique (congrès, brevets, articles scientifiques).
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI à Quimper dans les plus brefs délais.
Profil
Titulaire d’un diplôme de Doctorat en électrochimie, chimie, chimie des matériaux ou tout domaine équivalent, et justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans acquise en milieu industriel, vous ayant permis de développer des compétences techniques et des connaissances approfondies des phénomènes électrochimiques. Vous possédez une expertise en électrolytes polymères et avez travaillé sur des batteries Li-ion et/ou Na-ion.
Au cours de votre carrière vous avez développé des compétences solides en management d’équipe et de projet, et maitrisez l’anglais et le français (écrit et parlé).
Structuré·e, vous avez le sens de l’organisation et un fort leadership, ainsi qu’un très bon esprit d’analyse. Vous avez un goût prononcé pour le travail en équipe et savez fédérer autour de projets communs.

Adoc Talent Management is looking for an Innovation Manager to ensure the development of new polymer electrolytes for its client. Our client is an international group, leader in its field and specialized in the storage of electricity with batteries with a unique technology combining performance and durability.
Position
Within the new transatlantic R&D center, you will coordinate research projects on polymer electrolytes and act as a scientific expert. You will be in charge of building and leading the R&D team in charge of these developments.
Thanks to your scientific and technical background and your proven managerial experience, you will define the roadmap of the research projects, follow up and participate in the set-up of these projects (French, European or international) in order to respect the deadlines inherent to the global roadmap. You will challenge other scientific experts. Your team will evolve within a laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, you will be responsible for the evolution of industrial scale prototypes in-house. You will also manage personnel who may be based remotely (partner laboratories).
In addition, you will be in charge of the smooth running of study subjects that may be transverse or multi-site. In particular, you will collaborate with the pilots in Canada in the framework of transverse projects and you will structure the activities of the LabCom dedicated to your activities.
Finally, you will ensure that your team achieves the objectives set and will promote the results through internal reporting and scientific communication (conferences, patents, scientific articles).
The position is to be filled on a permanent basis in Quimper as soon as possible.
Profile
You have a PhD in electrochemistry, chemistry, materials chemistry or any equivalent field, and have at least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, having developed technical skills and in-depth knowledge of electrochemical phenomena. You have expertise in polymer electrolytes and have worked on Li-ion and/or Na-ion batteries.
During your career you have developed strong team and project management skills, and are fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
You are structured, have good organizational skills and strong leadership skills, as well as a very good analytical mind. You have a pronounced taste for teamwork and know how to federate around common projects.
