Adoc Talent Management is recruiting a junior & a senior “Analog Designer” for the R&D Team of its client, a dynamic and growing startup, a semiconductor company offering a portfolio of IoT connected devices including energy harvester/power management interfaces, microcontrollers and sensor solutions. They develop top-performing power harvesting technologies that derive, store and optimize energy to make device energy-autonomous and more efficient.

Your Role

The DCDC Analog Designer is responsible to specify, design and validate low-power circuits such as voltage converter, comparators, voltage reference or clock generator with an emphasis on DCDC converters.

You will be involved in all steps of the IC development, from paper to mass production and you will work closely with the digital team.

Your daily tasks include

  • Design and validation of analog integrated circuits
  • Interract with the layout team to prepare the designs for manufacturing
  • Documentation writing
  • Prototype functionality evaluation and debug
  • Interract with the characterization team for the IC testing


You have a Master degree or PhD in engineering science within the field of microelectronic design (within at least 3 years of experience for the senior position). Experience in design of mixed signal, RF or design for test is a plus. You have a good knowledge of the EDA tools (like Cadence, Eldo, Spectre, Spice, Mixed signal,Mentor,..) and languages related to the analog design flow.

You are a passionate engineer who enjoys optimising, testing and validating technical developments for all client applications. You are curious with a thirst for learning in order to stay on top of technology and tools.

Besides being a smart engineer, you are rigorous and quality-minded, able to think out of the box and autonomous, while being also a great team player.

You are a real problem solver, a dynamic and positive person. You are proactive, daring, persevering and result-oriented.

You are a team player, seeing the objectives to be reached together while being able to work on your tasks with autonomy and efficiency.

You are perfectly fluent in English and you can manage in French (have the desire to learn).
