Adoc Talent Management is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist- Analytical instruments. This company develops and markets state-of-the-art solutions (chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy) and constantly increases its market share in the pharma/biotech sector.
As part of the inside sales team and in collaboration with key account managers, you will be expected to grow sales revenue of both chromatography analytical techniques and atomic & molecular spectroscopy solutions with a wide range of product portfolio (i.e., GC, HPLC) for existing and potential clients in the French market.
You will be playing a vital role in driving business deal on the market and handling complex annual and multi-annual sales cycles and product activities in your market and maintaining an effective sales strategy, thus you are expected to respond to customer inquiries and incoming requests, in addition to developing a solid post sales process while offering an excellent technical assistance thanks to your scientific and technical background and knowledge in atomic and molecular spectroscopy and chromatography instruments as well as your hunter and sales driven mentality.
You will be constantly thriving for innovative ways to prospect and bring in new business opportunities and onboarding new leads, leading the entire process smoothly and efficiently by providing excellent communication, building long term relationships and a loyal database of clients.
Furthermore, you are expected to be collaborating with key account managers, fellow sales specialists, and colleagues in marketing, product line, and support teams to suggest sales strategies and ensure the availability of resources.
Throughout your role, you will be actively updating the CRM with clients and business opportunities information while achieving KPIs and annual sales targets.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible and is to be based in the Ile de France or Barcelona.
You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Science, with a deep knowledge in atomic & molecular spectroscopy and chromatography, ideally with an experience in GC, HPLC, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis and FTIR. A hands-on experience in a laboratory is a plus.
Thanks to your communication skills and sales driven mentality, you have a potential in managing complex sales, prospecting, customer acquisition and engaging clients in long term relationships. A prior experience in sales would be a plus.
To collaborate efficiently with the clients, you show up excellent interpersonal skills and noticeably both French and English proficiency.
